This Partner Policy outlines the terms, responsibilities, and expectations for individuals and entities that collaborate with our company as Drivers or Affiliates. By joining our Partner Program, you agree to abide by the following guidelines.

1. Driver Partners

Drivers represent the brand at the front line and are responsible for delivering exceptional service to clients.

Eligibility & Requirements:

• Must hold a valid driver’s license and all required regional or provincial permits.

• Must maintain a clean driving record and pass background checks.

• Must possess a well-maintained, professional vehicle as per company standards.

Obligations:

• Ensure punctuality, safety, and courteous behavior at all times.

• Maintain professional attire and hygiene standards.

• Keep the vehicle clean and ready for service.

• Comply with all applicable transportation regulations and laws.

Compensation:

• Drivers will be compensated per completed trip or via pre-agreed contract terms.

• Payments are processed on a regular schedule (weekly/monthly) based on completed and verified rides.

Conduct & Termination:

• Any misconduct, breach of terms, or repeated negative client feedback may result in suspension or termination from the platform.

• The company reserves the right to remove any driver from the platform at its sole discretion.

2. Affiliate Partners

Affiliate partners help promote our services and earn commissions for referred bookings.

Eligibility:

• Open to individuals, influencers, agencies, or businesses with an active online presence or customer base.

• Must agree to ethical marketing practices and avoid misleading promotions.

Commission & Payouts:

• Affiliates earn a commission for every successful booking generated through their unique referral links.

• Commissions are tracked via our system and paid out monthly after a verification period.

Promotion Guidelines:

• Partners must not use spam, misleading claims, or brand impersonation.

• All promotions should be consistent with our brand tone and messaging.

• We reserve the right to request content removal or suspend affiliate accounts that breach these terms.

General Partner Terms

• All partners must uphold our brand reputation and client trust.

• Any confidential information shared must not be disclosed without written consent.

• We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Partner Program at any time.

By participating as a partner, you agree to these policies and acknowledge that failure to comply may result in removal from the program and forfeiture of pending payouts.
