Availability of Cars

Sleek Limo works with multiple rental partners offering a wide fleet of vehicles. Vehicles are reserved by category, not by specific make, model, size, or features. The vehicle provided will meet the seating and general size specifications of your selected category. If the reserved category becomes unavailable at pickup, the rental company will provide a similar or upgraded vehicle at no extra cost.

Upgrading the Cars

We recommend booking the correct car category for your group in advance. However, upgrades to a larger vehicle can be requested at the time of pickup, subject to availability. Upgrade charges will appear on your rental agreement and are billed at local rental counter rates, which may be significantly higher than pre-booked prices.

If you agree to an upgrade at the time of pickup, no refund will be issued later—please confirm the total cost, including taxes and surcharges, before accepting.

If the rental agent advises that the booked car is too small for your party or luggage, you may still use it provided you do not exceed legal passenger capacity. However, choosing to upgrade in this case is at your own cost and is not refundable through Sleek Limo.

To upgrade in advance through Sleek Limo, please contact us at least 4 business days before your pickup. We’ll quote you the current price difference, and no additional admin fees will apply. This will usually be more cost-effective than upgrading at the rental location.

Cars Category

Vehicles are booked by category. Each rental partner may use different names for their categories. For example, our “7-Seater Minivan” may be referred to by a supplier as a “Standard Minivan,” “Luxury Minivan,” or “Premium MPV.” Your voucher will show the supplier’s category code and name.

Child Safety Seats

In compliance with U.S. traffic laws:

  • Children under 3 years must be in a child restraint seat.

  • Children aged 4 and above must wear seat belts.

One-Way Rentals

One-way rentals within Canada. For all other one-way bookings, a drop-off fee applies and must be requested in advance.

These charges are set by the Sleek Limo. While we can provide estimated costs on request, fees may change at any time without notice.

Driving Areas

Vehicles may be driven throughout the mainland Canada, must be returned within the Canada.

Deposits

A major credit card in the lead driver’s name is required for a security deposit at the time of collection. Most rental companies swipe the card for authorization (typically $1) and charge it only for add-ons (e.g., child seats, insurance) or late returns.

Some rental partners (e.g., Alamo, National) accept debit cards for deposits if you show proof of a return flight ticket. Visa Electron and Switch cards are not accepted.

Cancellations / No-Shows

Cancellations made at least 2 business days before pickup qualify for a full refund. Cancellations must be sent via email to info@sleeklimo.com and confirmed by us.

Failure to collect your booked vehicle without prior notice is considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.

Booking Amendments

There is no admin fee for changing your booking. If the updated booking is higher in price, you will be charged the difference. If it is lower, we will refund the difference.

We will do our best to accommodate changes made within 2 business days of your pickup date, but they are not guaranteed.

Refunds

No partial refunds will be issued after your rental has begun.
